Privacy Notice
How Abazantum collects, uses and protects your personal data. Last updated: July 2026.
1. Who we are
This privacy notice explains how Abazantum Ltd (“Abazantum”, “we”, “us”) collects and processes personal data when you visit our website or get in touch with us. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@abazantum.com. Abazantum is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.
2. What data we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and operate our website:
- Information you give us. When you submit our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, company (if provided), the nature of your enquiry and the content of your message.
- Technical information. Our web server and infrastructure may automatically log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running reliably.
We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We do not knowingly collect special-category personal data through this website.
3. How we use your data
We use personal data to:
- respond to your enquiry and correspond with you about it;
- provide, and where relevant discuss, our services;
- maintain the security, integrity and performance of our website; and
- comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where the UK GDPR and EU GDPR apply, we rely on the following legal bases: legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries and run our business and website securely), consent (which you give when you choose to submit the contact form), and compliance with a legal obligation where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
5. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate our website and communications (for example hosting and form-processing providers), who act on our instructions and under appropriate contractual and security safeguards. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where they do, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our legitimate business and legal purposes, after which it is securely deleted.
8. How we protect your data
Security is core to what we do. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls and secure engineering practices — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@abazantum.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk).
10. Cookies
This website uses only the strictly necessary cookies required for it to function and remain secure. We do not use analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
